Woolly necked storks are not so common in Sri Lankan National parks though Kaudulla had a few of them.

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The bank of the Kaudulla lake inside the national park was overgrown with green grass. These beautiful black and white birds in the backdrop of greenery were an eye catching sight. Kaudulla national park is a great place to watch and and photograph birds, especially water birds including the rare Lesser Adjutant, Woolly Necked Stork and many hundreds of Open Billed Storks.
