English: The STK3152III is a hybrid AF amplifier driver IC, the one pictured here is counterfeit. Plastic case removed. Note four bond wires for crossed connections with typical "silicon goo" around it. Note dubious soldering quality and plentiful flux residue. Since this part doesn't actually use any thick film construction and is essentially just an aluminium-core PCB it's debatable whether it even qualifies as a hybrid IC any more, though the original STK3152III would certainly be.
