| Description |
English: Cottingwith railway station (site), Yorkshire Opened in 1913 by the Derwent Valley Light Railway on the line from York (Layerthorpe) to Cliffe Common, this station closed to passengers in 1926 and completely in 1965. View south towards Thorganby and Cliffe Common. The line was mainly built for carrying agricultural produce, and all trace of it has now been ploughed back into the land. |
