English: Depicted in this image, was a Petri dish culture plate containing tissue culture medium 199, upon which colonies of Corynebacterium minutissimum bacteria had been cultivated. The culture plate was viewed under the illumination of a Wood’s lamp, after 24-hours of incubation. |
