According to "Funga Nordica" (Knudsen & Vesterholt), two different species are designated Cortinarius vibratilis (Fr.:Fr.) Fr. - they are distinguished as "sensu Brandud et al. 1998" and "sensu Kytövuori & Niskanen, Moser ..." The mushrooms in the photo seem to be the latter.
