English: Justin Gay, a project manager with the with the Fort Irwin Resident Engineer Office, Los Angeles Districts, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, assesses damages at the Medina Jabal Training Area, Fort Irwin, Calif., Aug. 29, 2013. Gay was deployed as part of a five-man team to conduct initial damage assessments after a monsoon struck the base.
