Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Coronation Lamp. Tandragee's ornately decorated "Coronation Lamp", bearing the inscription "E.R. 1902" was erected in the Square to celebrate the coronation of King Edward VII on 9th August 1902. It was probably paid for by the Duke of Manchester on whose estate the town stands. The lamp became a traffic hazard in later years and was moved to the junction of the Portadown Road and the Ballymore Road. See664310
