From time to time I report dumping and litter at this corner of the High Road and Monument Way. The large waste bins now seem to be there permanently. I've raised this general issue before. There's no reason why this pavement corner should be used to store waste and waste bins. On the contrary, this is a prominent location for people living or working in Tottenham; or passing through. So there are excellent reasons to make a special effort to stop it becoming a waste and dumping eyesore. We need to tell whoever is storing their waste bins there to remove them from the public pavement. While they are there, they attract further waste and litter. I attach copies of the previous emails from 2009 on this general point. I've copied in the councillors of all three wards which meet at this intersection.
