Español: Retrato del escritor español Miguel de Cervantes (1547-1616), autor de la célebre novela Don Quijote de la Mancha. Según algunos historiadores, si se identifica la historia que aparece en el fondo del lienzo con el pasaje del Quijote que alude al momento en que el célebre protagonista de la novela liberó a Andresillo de los malos tratos que le infligía su amo, este retrato representaría a Miguel de Cervantes.
