Copper alloy tweezers
Description
English: A complete pair of copper-alloy tweezers dating to the Roman or early Anglo-Saxon period. The tweezers are of typical form having expanding arms and inturned nibs; one of the nibs is missing. The arms are decorated with a row of three incised lines near the apex. Below this are two rows of inward pointing punched paired chevrons.
