Deutsch: Kopialbuch „Copiarum monasterii Stötterlingenburg“, Laufzeit 1180–1503. Rechts mitte: „Der Ritter Burchard der Jüngere von Berwinkel verkauft dem Kloster Stötterlingenburg den Zehnten zu „Arslem“, den er von dem Bischofe von Halberstadt zu Lehen getragen, und verspricht, unter ev. Verpflichtung zum Einlager in Halberstadt, dem Kloster das volle Eigentum daran binnen zwei Jahren zu verschaffen. Falls er vorher versterben würde, sollen sein Oheim Burchard der Ältere von Berwinkel, und sein Bruder, der Canonicus Guncelin für die Erfüllung dieses Versprechens Sorge tragen. 1295 Juni 23“ (Cop. Bl. 212 [21]). – Es wird sich wohl um Arlessen, Arlesheim, Arnaldesheim (spätere Wüstung) bei Hessen gehandelt haben, in dem auch die Nobiles de Hesnem (Edelherren von Hessen) Besitz hatten. |
