Description
English: When I teach courses, I have a signature style of cycling through the colors of the rainbow when I'm lecturing. (You can see it, for example, in the website design for this course.) I wear clothes and choose computer wallpaper to match the color of the day.

In Fall 2023 I am finishing on purple so in honor of this my wife Marta and I cooked chicken tikka masala with purple rice (made by mixing red and blue food coloring). I was pleased with the results—if the math professor career doesn't work out maybe I should open a restaurant!
