Description
English:

In 1870, Z.C. Miles established a stove store in Seattle with partner I. Waddell. In 1886, Miles became the sole owner of the wholesale and retail business, which moved to a three-story building after the Seattle Fire of 1889.

A miner must have heat in Alaska. This makes a fine cook stove...the stoves illustrated here are the result of our experience, and to prove that they are perfect, we are giving them the hardest usage possible - cooking and heating with them continuously; cooking for hundreds who have visited our store, and at the same time providing heat for the store..."Miles" Yukon Stove. This is the only heater and baker which will heat and bake.
