Description A view of a Federal Emergency Management Agency mobile home, shown July 5, 2011, like those FEMA will install at temporary housing sites for Joplin residents displaced by an EF-5 tornado that struck the city May 22. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began construction July 5 on two temporary housing sites near Joplin Regional Airport. The Corps is managing development of the sites at FEMA’s request as part of the federal tornado recovery effort. (U.S. Army Photo/Chris Gray-Garcia)
