Description
Français : La circulation en ville est incessante et il n'est pas possible de fermer un tronçon pour réaliser un chantier. D'ailleurs, la signalisation et les zones de chantier ne sont pas respectées. Cela conduit les engins à évoluer au milieu de la circulation pour effectuer tant bien que mal leur travail, ce qui n'est pas sans effet sur le manque de durabilité de ces infrastructures.
