Description
Português: Conjunto Histórico e Paisagístico de Iguape - SP Iguape sofreu poucas alterações até ao início do século XX e possui o maior casario colonial preservado do Estado de São Paulo, com diversas casas, casarões e igrejas em vielas estreitas de paralelepípedos. Ricas em detalhes e em técnicas empregadas, como a taipa francesa e a de pilão, as edificações datam da época da mineração do ouro e da cultura do arroz, entre os séculos XVI e XIX, período em que foi construída a Casa de Fundição e quando a cidade viveu o auge de seu desenvolvimento econômico.
