Español: El Teatro de la Zarzuela ha sido esta mañana el escenario de acogida de la edición número 10 del Congreso Internacional de la Excelencia, dedicado al Turismo. Organizado por la Comunidad de Madrid, a través de Madrid Excelente, el encuentro tiene como propósito debatir sobre las nuevas tendencias y novedades que están redefiniendo el sector turístico a nivel mundial, así como sobre herramientas y servicios punteros que aporten soluciones creativas para mejorar la experiencia del turista, y sobre nuevos modelos de gestión. También sobre los retos que la Comunidad de Madrid afronta para continuar siendo un destino competitivo con un factor notable de excelencia en infraestructuras, negocios, salud, cultura, gastronomía, ocio, deporte, compras, innovación, tecnología y sostenibilidad. |
