English: Concrete Groyne at Portobello The concrete base is the only way to access the beach to the east of Portobello, a secure knowledge of the tides is imperative if visiting otherwise there is a very real danger of being isolated and cut off. As can be seen the sea is gradually eating its way through the concrete. |
