English: A PNP Germanium alloy transistor fabricated 1964 in opened TO5 housing. Left the Emitter is visible and right the view to the Collector (both are Indium). Size of the collector is remarkable larger then of the Emitter . Base connected to body. Diam. of the centre disk bearing the transistor: 3 mm. Deutsch: PNP Germanium Legierungs-Transistor, Baujahr 1964, im geöffneten TO5 Gehäuse. Blick auf das kleine Emitter-Kristall links und den weitaus größeren Kollektor rechts. Durchmesser des runden Germanium-Kristallträgers 3 mm, wahrscheinlich aus Nickel
