English: Compton Abbas: postbox № SP7 107, East Compton This Elizabeth II-reign postbox is set into the churchyard wall of 503994. It has been fitted with bristles across its opening, presumably to keep out birds, or perhaps snails. Post needs to be inside by 4pm on weekdays, or 7:45am on Saturdays, to be sure of catching the same day's collection. |
