Description To invert and force the CIPP liner through the CSP culvert, compressed air must be applied through the bracket into the liner as part of the FHWA, Highways for LIFE supported culvert reconstruction project by Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) using trenchless technologies. This photo shows a worker using an application of the compressed air to completely invert the liner at the culvert’s intake.
