Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is the gamma function Γ[x+iy]'s complex-amplitude with logarithmic complex-coloration (red is 1, chartreuse is i, cyan is -1, and indigo is -i) on the x+iy complex plane, with x+iy ⇒ 1 located rightward of center and x+iy ⇒ i located above center.
Increasingly narrow singularities are located at integer locations along the negative real axis, which alternates from negative (cyan) to positive (red) to negative (cyan) between poles at 0, -1, -2, and -3, etc.
