Title
Complete flint scraper of Neolithic or Bronze Age date (4500 BC – 700 BC).
Description
English: Complete flint scraper of Neolithic or Bronze Age date (4500 BC - 700 BC). Length 65mm, width 35mm and 15mm thick. Weight 35.20g.

Produced on a tertiary flake, the ventral surface has an indistinct bulb of percussion and a relatively large percussion scar. The dorsal surface has four large removals and a small area of cortex is situated at the upper part of the left edge. The flake has been retouched along the upper part of the right edge and on the lower part of the left edge. The removals of the retouch are semi-abrupt, short and sub-parallel. The edges may have been retouched elsewhere although it is difficult to distinguish the difference between beach damage and retouch. The flint is dark grey with a pale brown cortex.
