Description
English: Compasses Bridge on the Wey and Arun Canal. The security gatehouse to the Dunsfold Park (Aerodrome) is seen on the far side.

The 'bridge' is actually a solid causeway, with just a 2ft dia pipe to stop the water building up on one side.

Since July 2015 this scene looks very different: contractors and volunteers have been busy building a new bridge to replace the causeway and allow canal boats to pass once more. (Due to open Oct 2016.)
