Dakowski (Lackawanna, New York), demolition specialist, passes 40 lb cratering charges to PFC Robert Ross (Wilmington, Delaware), demolition specialist, inside the tunnel entrance during operation "PERSHING", a search and destroy mission of a Viet Cong tunnel complex near their Base Camp English, approximately 40 miles northeast of An Khe.
