Montalban was interviewed about the importance of the partnership between the U.S. and the Republic of Philippines during the road to recovery from Super Typhoon Yolanda. A year after the relief and recovery efforts of Operation Damayan, the people of Tacloban, one of the hardest hit areas, have continued to show their resiliency as they make every effort of returning to a normal way of life.
