English: U.S. Air Force Col. Sarah Babbitt, vice commander of Space Base Delta 1, gives a speech about the Combined Federal Campaign on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Nov. 2, 2023. The Combined Federal Campaign is the only authorized fundraising campaign for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that aren’t on base. It combines all sectors of the federal government, with the money raised going toward the programs and services provided by the charities that have been vetted and accepted.
