Summary

[edit]
Description
English: John Alexander Roebuck, Choctaw, Incident Commander Type 5, uses a complex application of tape on his Combi-tool to identify his from someone else's hand tool. The tool is part right-angle shovel and part pick that quickly loosens and drags fire fuels such as fallen wood debris to one side in the formation of a shallow trench line that will help break a fire's progression, during Beaver Creek Fire operations, near Hailey, ID, in the interface of U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (FS) and Sawtooth National Forest and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands, on Wednesday, Aug 21, 2013.
