Description
English: North side of 2500 block of 12th Street in Columbus, Nebraska. The block is part of the Columbus Commercial Historic District, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The blue-and-white striped building is the former Brown Saloon at 2510-2512 12th Street, built ca. 1902. At left is the former Home Restaurant at 2514 12th Street, also built ca. 1902. At right is a commercial building constructed ca. 1909, now part of Micek's Shangri-La bar. All of these buildings are non-contributing properties in the Historic District.
