| Description |
English: Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) Late March is towards the end of the flowering period of this plant, which is easy to identify from its scaly stem and the absence of leaves. The leaves appear much later, after the flowers have faded. This was one of a patch on the grass just above the foreshore. |
