| Description |
English: Colourful outcrop Bands of grey coloured sandstone (the 'Grey Grits'?) alternate with red coloured mudstone in this streamside outcrop on the Nant Rhyd-ddu. The northerly dip of these strata is associated with the 'Neath Disturbance' which passes nearby and is characterised by faulting and folding of the rocks which it affects. |
