The designing of theground sections of worstedvestings is an artistic work.It is important to obtain ian effect which combinesneatness with novelty andrichness of composition. A Iloud assortment of crossingsis rarely useful, and yet theweave effects must be sum- (Iciently marked, to give cha- jracter and freshness to the istyle. 231.
