| Description |
Українська: Мікрокристалічні структури на поверхні фосфіду індію, які утворилися під час електролітичної обробки монокристалу. Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 250 разів. Отримані структури можуть буди застосовані для виготовлення на їх основі фотоелементів та сонячних батарей. Перевагами сонячних панелей, отриманих на основі запропонованих поруватих матеріалів виступають наступні: високий ККД (від 20% і вище – за рахунок збільшення ефективної площі); цільовий діапазон електромагнітного випромінювання розширюється на всю видиму область, включаючи її довгохвильову частину; знижується чутливість сонячних батарей до забруднення поверхні; не вимагає нанесення антивідбиваючого покриття; низька вартість одиниці площі сонячної батареї (забезпечується вартісними параметрами базової технології виробництва пористого матеріалу).
