Summary

[edit]

Colorado Congressman Mark Udall

Congressman Udall, alongside Sen. Joseph Lieberman (D - CT) and Sen. Ken Salazar (D-CO), speaks at a press conference about the Army Relief Act, which would boost the overall troop levels authorized by Congress by 20,000 active duty members per year over the next four years. Udall said that giving the bill would help improve the overall strength of the Army, help recruitment and retention, and rebuild our capacity to respond to future threats.
