English: Colorado Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Aaron Palm, 140th Civil Engineering Squadron, sets up HVAC vents in a Hogon as a part of the St. Michaels Association for Special Education - Innovative Readiness Training in Window Rock, Ariz., July 10, 2013. SMASE-IRT is an Air National Guard-led IRT multiservice mission comprised of active duty, reserve, and National Guard members from Army, Navy and Air Force components focusing on deployment and real-world readiness training preparing for wartime missions in a joint-service environment while simultaneously improve roads, area drainage, improving water lines, updating the school facilities and remodel/repair existing Hogons which are tradition Navajo homes that will be used to house families with special needs children and will benefit the St. Michaels Association for Special Education Campus for the Navajo Reservations in New Mexico, Arizona and Utah.
