Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Representative of the English Cottage school of architecture is the George W. Francis House on College Street in the historic Allentown district of Buffalo, New York. Seen here is its side gable and second-story window - the former crowned by a gable truss and framed by a bargeboard with flared ends; the latter surmounted by a narrow pediment with relief carvings of urn and vine motifs. As seen in June 2015.
