Colleen Bawn Rock, in the Middle Lake, Killarney, is close to the Brickeen Bridge. Here it was, according to tradition, that the cruel Danny Mann flung the Colleen Bawn (the fair haired girl) into the water. The rocks and headlands which abound at this part are the wildest and highest in the lakes.
