Beschrijving: Rechthoekige, staande bus met afgeronde hoeken, aan bovenzijde deksel met pianoscharniertje en ophangoogje. Inworpgleuf aan bovenzijde, aan voorzijde deksel sluiting met klein hangslotje. De bus van de Koninklijke Zuid-Hollandsche Reddings Maatschappij is geheel (over)geschilderd in de kleuren van de Nederlandse vlag in rood, wit en blauw.
