English: A sixteenth or seventeenth century illustration, following page 10 of the Black Book of Taymouth, depicting en:Colin Campbell of Glenorchy (died 1480). As the caption notes, Colin fought on Rhodes against the Ottomans. He also served as an ambassador from James III of Scotland to the papacy.

Constable, 1855). The original work was begun circa 1598 by W. Bowie, but the illustration may be somewhat later.
