Description
English: Lt. j.g. Christopher Ihlan, from Bellingham, Wash., assigned to Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 130, inflates the sidewalls of a survival raft during cold water exposure training at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island's Cliffside RV Park and Campgrounds. The training provides aircrews with hands-on experience in survival tasks and the effects of cold-water exposure.
