English: Cold Edge Road and The Delvers, Warley The name of the public House reflects the former importance of sandstone quarries in this area. Cold Edge Road is part of the long climb up from Halifax to the district boundary at 431m, from where the road drops down Oxenhope. The part of this road from Cold Edge to the summit is unsurfaced. |
