Colleseum Square, New Orleans. Metal objects, now decorative. These were 19th century carriage wheel guards or traffic bollards, formerly on corners of street to prevent wheels going into gutters or up on curbs; most were long ago melted down for scrap but these few were moved to this nearby park as decoration.
