Description
English: This upload is from a volume in the ownership of the North of England Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_of_England_Institute_of_Mining_and_Mechanical_Engineers at Newcastle Upon Tyne https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newcastle_upon_Tyne. The actual volume is out of copright by virtue of age. The scan would be in copyright which is waived. The Institute librarian Jennifer Hillyard has freely and fully consented to this upload to Wiki Commons which has been undertaken at the Institute.
