Description
Deutsch: Codex Austriacus pars prima 1704, zum tractratus de iuribus incorporalibus: Verweis im zweiten Band dieses alphabetisch sortierten Werkes unter T auf die Fundstelle im ersten Band unter I (wegen ... iuribus incorporalibus).

Darunter: Trag-Sessel-Ordnung Kaiser Leopolds I., Privileg an seinen Kammerdiener Heinrich Ernst Rauchmüller über die Einführung eines Tragsesselangebotes in Wien, datiert auf der Folgeseite mit 20. Juni 1703. In der zwölften Zeile von unten befindet sich das Verbot an den Anbieter, Juden zu transportieren. Auch Ausländer, Laggey/Lakaien und niederrangige Liberee/Livree-Bedienstete waren ausgeschlossen.
