Español: Este Cocktail se creó para el certamen Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition 2012.
El nombre del cocktail fue inspirado en la historia, tradición e identidad de Puerto Rico. Descubrí, investigando lugares histórico, una Capilla, cuya ubicación se encuentra en la Ciudad Amurallada del Viejo San Juan (Capital de Puerto Rico). Esta capilla se encuentra al final de la calle del Cristo junto a la plaza Las Palomas, cuyo nombre es Capilla del Cristo de los Milagros, de ahí su nombre "Milagrito", alegre y fácil de recordar. Del mismo modo me base para la invención de este cocktail y fui a las bases de la cocktelería clásica caribeña. El Mojito, el Daiquiri, la Piña Colada, de esta trinidad, debe de surgir el nuevo cocktail legado. Y efectivamente nació "Milagrito". "Milagrito" es un cocktail fácil de beber, creado para disfrutar en todo momento y muy sencillo de maridar. fresco, frutal y sencillo de realizar. |

Milagrito: 1 3/4 onzas de Ron Bacardi Suprior 1 onza de Syrup (almibar o jarabe de goma) 3/4 onza de Jugo de Limón fresco 1/2 rodaja de ananá fresco (media rodaja de ananá de 1 centímetro de espesor) 2 o 3 ramitas de Hierba Buena splash de soda
Colocar en una coctelera el ananá y machacar (esto se realiza para extraer su jugo. El ananá de estar maduro), luego agregar jugo de limón, syrup (partes iguales de agua y azúcar), hierba buena, Ron Bacardi Superior, piedras de hielo. Agitar con fuerza y durante 10 segundos aproximadamente (esto nos dará una buena mezcla, la menta va a empezar a soltar su aroma, e indudablemente nos enfriará la bebida). Doblecolar (utilizar colador oruga y colador de malla fina) y verter el líquido en una vaso highball, alto o collins (dentro del vaso debe tener hielos de freezer, nuevos, y no los que se usaron para batir), completar con un splash de soda de sifón. decorar con hierba buena. SALUD!!!
