Summary

[edit]
Description

This Saturday, September 30, 2006 the Coast Guard will be painting this light house even though they do not use it anymore. In addition the National Parks Service at Ft Pulaski will be fitting the lens with a new battery powered light. So little Cockspure will be a 'real' lighthouse again.

By the way at high tide, which is being picture, the house is completely surrounded by water. At low tide there is a little island.
