English: Cockpit, St Fagan's 17th century circular thatched cockpit which stood originally in the yard of the Hawk and Buckle Inn, Denbigh.Since the prohibition of cockfighting in 1849, it had been used both as a slaughterhouse and as a garage. It was re-erected at the Museum of Welsh Life in 1970. |
