Description
English: An SA-330J Puma helicopter moves cargo from the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Richard E. Byrd to the amphibious assault ship USS Essex during a vertical replenishment. The Essex Amphibious Ready Group is participating in exercise Cobra Gold 2011, a U.S. and Thailand co-sponsored multinational exercise designed to improve interoperability between participating nations.
