English: View from Fifth Avenue of Coborn Plaza, a mixed-use development in St. Cloud, Minn. A public-private partnership developed by 5th Avenue Development, Inc. and the J.A. Wedum Foundation. St. Cloud State leases two portions of the development: a 455-student housing complex and a 12,000 square-foot Welcome Center. The remainder of the development is about 20,000 square-feet of retail. Coborn Plaza is slated to open in August 2010. |
