Герб Парского сельского поселения может воспроизводиться:

- для обозначения региональной принадлежности - с вольной частью в виде четырехугольника, примыкающего изнутри к верхнему правому1 углу герба Парского сельского поселения с воспроизведёнными в нём фигурами из герба Ивановской области;

короной, соответствующей статусу муниципального образования.

Обоснование символики герба Парского сельского поселения.

Центр Парского сельского поселения - село Парское - одно из старейших сел Ивановской области, с более чем 600-летней историей. В разные времена селом и окрестными землями владели Шуйские, Морозовы, Голицыны, Трубецкие.

Парское всегда было известно как торгово-ремесленное село. Именно здесь проводились знаменитые Парские Ярмарки, куда съезжались купцы со всех уголков России. Со времен Парских Ярмарок главным символом этих мест становится калач, в честь которого ежегодно проводится праздник Парского калача. Символику калача, как и хлеба, ёмко передает русская поговорка: "хлеб - всему голова".

Кроме того, село всегда также славилось производством гребней, расчесок, пуговиц. В древности - роговых, затем сандаловых, в XX веке - пластиковых.

Цвета в гербе Парского сельского поселения схожи с цветами герба Ивановской области и символизирует тесную связь, историческую, экономическую и культурную общность Парского сельского поселения с окрестными землями, преемственность и связь поколений.

Применённые в гербе цвета символизируют:

червлень (красный цвет) - символ труда, мужества, жизнеутверждающей силы, красоты и праздника;

лазурь (синий цвет) - символ возвышенных устремлений, преданности, мира;

золото (жёлтый цвет) - символ высшей ценности, величия, богатства, урожая.
